Episode Notes
Cheryl Knowlton, CSP is CEO and Chief Energy Officer at Dynamite Productions, Inc., a
Certified Woman-Owned Company and consulting firm focused on empowering
individuals and teams to unmute themselves, IGNITE™ their superpowers, and take their
next big stage with confidence.
Cheryl is a high-energy, highly sought-after speaker who is trusted to deliver
presentations and training that inspire teams and individuals to discover and uncover
their own unique gifts and talents. This awareness enables people to bring their BEST
selves to work every single day and solve their organization’s biggest challenges in
brilliant new ways. This greater awareness allows companies to strengthen their culture,
amplify their impact, and accelerate results.
Cheryl started her professional career in direct sales in 1992 while navigating college
and chasing two active young daughters. Her skyrocketing sales success allowed her to
deliver her first keynote in Los Angeles in 1994. Two additional daughters joined the
family, and in 1999, she began her career in the residential mortgage industry. She spent
9 years in both the retail and wholesale sides of the mortgage industry (in addition to
earning her second real estate license). It was while on the wholesale side of lending
that her speaking career officially began in 2003 – quite by accident. Cheryl began
writing and teaching dozens of continuing education courses, which took her across the
country to large and small audiences – beginning in 2013 - and she has never looked
back. She also began her journey of teaching Designation and Certification courses
certified by the National Association of Realtors in 2009. Author and creator of two Utah
real estate pre-licensing schools and dozens of continuing education courses, Cheryl
truly loves and has a passion for the real estate and mortgage industries.
Cheryl is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) – the highest award bestowed
by the National Speakers Association, where she recently completed her term as
President of the Mountain West Chapter of NSA.
