#38 –Dawni Angel - Coach 2 Coach!

Welcome to the #ShareYourHotness Podcast Episode 38!

Greetings Mortals! ;)

It's after Christmas, the rush is coming to an end, and all of us are settling down and prepping for New Year's Eve, I'm sure.

What better way to do all of that than in the company of a world-class coach like Dawni Angel?

By her own account, Dawni was a "weird kid", (HA! I think I have her beat there...)

From her website:

"From a very young age, I read everything I could get my hands on that talked about human behavior. According to neuroscientists, we are conscious of only about 5 percent of our cognitive activity, and my life’s obsession is to raise that 5 percent in myself and others. That way people can understand themselves deeply, thereby maximizing their strengths and ability to create consciously. My background is in public speaking, entrepreneurial coaching, and deep conversations over high-quality coffee. I’m passionate about the free market, assisting businesses in being sustainably successful, and being the glitch I want to see in the matrix."

I hope you enjoy this very lively discussion! We have big plans for 2022, so don't touch that podcast dial. VanGarrett Media and I have a lot in store for you!

#35 –Heike Bammann - A Unique Understanding of Freedom

Welcome to the #ShareYourHotness Podcast Episode 35!

My friend Heike has a very, very unique understanding of freedom; specifically freedom of speech. While so many of us remember 9/11, Heike remembers the fall of the Berlin Wall. You see, she was born in Germany and witnessed everything with her own eyes.

This makes for an amazing discussion about freedom, the "othering" of people who feel and believe differently than you do, and how dangerous it is for us all. Heike is also a full-time accountant and owns a photography business. She specializes in women’s portraiture and love to take pictures of wildlife when she find some free time. She's very passionate about freedom and liberty.

This is a deep discussion about a lot of philosophical concepts. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed having it.

#34 –A Conversation with Kayla Headley Moline

"Make Your Mess Your Message"

Welcome to the #ShareYourHotness Podcast Episode 34!

My friend Kayla is one of those people with whom I could talk for HOURS. Indeed, this conversation could've been an extended one, and perhaps we'll have to have a Part II at some point where we spend literal hours talking to each other (my media company might want to yell at me for that, but they love me, in the end! :->).

Kayla is a mother of 4 children, and has been married for 12 years. She is a small business consultant, who helps helping coaches with mindset, marketing, sales, and systems. Ensuring that their dreams, and their bank account actually match.

Kayla is a course creation expert who specializes in helping people monetize their message! https://kaylamoline.com

She also has a podcast, which you should listen to! https://kaylamoline.com/podcast https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/lets-finish-this/id1501383851

#33 –Kent White - A Super Hero to Orphans!

Welcome to the #ShareYourHotness Podcast Episode 33!

My friend Kent White is a super hero to orphans.

Here are just a few of the things he has accomplished whilst on this planet:

  • Created a charitable program where he's personally organized and hosted over 2,000 volunteers at orphanages in Mexico and Haiti doing construction projects (and perfected his carne asada recipe on the side). He's recently built a team that now hosts about 1,000 volunteers a year to work with orphans. They are now certifying homes so trust can be built with donors and impact is measured at the level of the individual child.
  • Built a profitable $1mil in annual revenue used office furniture business from the ground up, providing a living for 9 people.
  • Embraced responsibility, discipline, and the pursuit of mastery. He has created terrific routines to maximize his productivity and energy every day. This is his best work to date.

His top priorities are intimacy, mindfulness, and self-mastery. He also loves doing improv comedy; it's great therapy!

Specialties: Killer Carne Asada, Customer Experience Design, Hiring & Building Teams, Sales & Marketing, Startups, Research, Business Process Design, Management, Strategic Planning, Order from Chaos.

#32 –Brook Adams Visser - Do NOT Ignore The Signs of a Stroke!

Welcome to the #ShareYourHotness Podcast Episode 32!

My friend Brook is incredible. She's kinda my idol in the sense that she has lived abroad (Uruguay, The Netherlands), and travels extensively.

She's also lived through having a stroke. The doctors said she may have to wait a couple years in order to see her ability to speak return to her.

So, like any sane person during a time like this, she and her amazing husband chose to move abroad whilst she recovered! :)

Why would she do this, you may ask? Well, you'll just have to listen, won't you! ;)

Welcome to the #ShareYourHotness Podcast Episode 31!

Adam is such a great guy! I've actually known him since he was the age that my kids are now! :) HIs parents are just the best; his mom brought me dinner and sat with me after my miscarriage. I have rarely encountered such amazing people.

Adam is also a former TV reporter turned attorney entrepreneur. He founded Crushendo after graduating summa cum laude from BYU Law and scoring in the top 5% nationally on the Uniform Bar Exam. Adam is currently writing a book called, “The Law School Cheat Code: Everything You Never Knew You Needed to Know About Crushing Law School.”

#30 –Brieanne Van De Graaff - ASL Interpreter & Superstar!

Welcome to the #ShareYourHotness Podcast Episode 30!

My good friend Brianne is a fellow appreciator and advocate for the Deaf Community, just like me! We met through a mutual friend (at a Senegence party) and we have been connected ever since. We also found out through conversations that she went to the same ward as my niece who is Deaf and taught her occasionally in Primary. :)

She lives in Maryland and has been a mom of two recently-adopted three-nagers for almost three months now. Her hobbies include napping when her kids nap, avoiding laundry, and taking long walks to the fridge. She enjoys sleeping past 6:30am, netflix-binging (anything but Cocomelon), and eating goldfish crackers she finds between the couch cushions.

Kidding. Kind of.

She is a (very new) mom of twins. She's still figuring out how to be a mom (and a human) and she's loving the journey. She is a survivor of sexual abuse and she's passionate about supporting and advocating for other survivors. She works from home as an ASL Interpreter and she's a student at Johns Hopkins University in their Autism Studies Master's program. She's not sure who or what she wants to be when she grows up--being a rookie mom has upended her priorities in the best of ways-- but every day she grows and learn alongside her kids, and she's confident she'll be led in the right direction-- the same way she was led to them.

#29 –Brittany Brown - Has an AMAZING list!

Welcome to the #ShareYourHotness Episode 29!

My friend Brittany is busy, and a total rockstar. She runs an accounting firm, LedgerGurus, consisting of 56 employees (mostly women) across the country, and pulls in several million in revenue every year.

More than that, she's a mother of five kids!

She prides herself on using both sides of her brain as artist and accountant both. She has survived high highs and low lows in her life and lived to tell about it. She believes that authenticity and periodic acts of courage are responsible for all her life success. When she’s not leading her company she is hiding in her car with a Dr Pepper or harassing her kids to clean something.

Join us for a fantastic conversation all about accountability partners, how to raise kids, and Dr. Pepper.
