Dalton does not come from a rich family line. He is not a person of generational financial privilege.

Nevertheless, he is an astoundingly successful person in business! His greatest strengths are Grit and Discipline, and this really comes through in this discussion!

He also runs his own podcast, called The Thinking Project, where he interviews successful people in their own communities; not people the likes of Elon Musk or Bill Gates, but the Main Street entrepreneurs who make a community work.
