With a background in education and ADHD coaching and a passion for storytelling, she equips others to reframe struggle as strength and to reclaim Radical Agency in everyday moments. Her signature frameworks—the 7Cs of grounded growth and ST FEAR for emotional insight—help others ignite meaningful change, one choice at a time.
