Meet my friend Liz Stone! Liz is the proprietor of The Balanced Stone Healing Center in Tooele, UT. At Balanced Stone, Liz focuses on providing those in need of healing with trauma-focused resources in Tooele County. Having been held captive twice in her own life; once at the hands of another, and years later by the unresolved fear, pain, and shame, she now empowers others to create a life of Freedom, Dignity, and Purpose.

Liz is also the founder and Executive Director of Empowering the One, a nonprofit that works in the prevention and aftercare of human trafficking in youth aging out of the orphanage in Haiti.
