She began working with at-risk youth wilderness programs in 1994, helping teens improve self-confidence, communication, and prepare to return home with new skills. She went on to finish her degree in psychology at Portland State University. She discovered the powerful tools of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming ) and Hypnosis and was amazed at the effectiveness and results.
She certified as a Master NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. NLP Coaching Certification offered an empowering format for helping clients stay on track with their goals and achieve success.
First, we clear the mental blocks: stress, depression, anxiety, fears, unconscious programs, procrastination, lack of motivation, and self-sabotage. And then we wire your brain for success!
