Shara is the CEO of Xposeyour, a leadership and change management consultancy, and author of Barefoot in the Boardroom: Every Leader’s Guide To Navigating Change.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 12 years and her 3 year old son who she calls her Little Miracle because it took them 8 years and 4 rounds of IVF to have him. A fun fact about Shara is that she did a TEDx talk about her journey to motherhood!
