#148 –Dale Majors - Blending Entrepreneurship and Family

Dale Majors Father of 6 | Entrepreneur | Investor
Dale is a family man and an adventurer and loves the creative process of creating something new. His hobbies and highlights include:
- A collector -- whether micro machines, baseball cards, or coins, he always loved collecting as a kid.
- Cycling has always been his passion, whether it’s BMX or bike touring. He loves being on wheels. As a kid, this manifested in a 5-year rollerblading hobby that included building a halfpipe in his backyard.
- Bike Touring -- he toured over 9,000 miles. 3,000 of which have been with his family. Canada to Mexico, Amsterdam to Lisbon, Nantes France to Stuttgart Germany with his family.
- Competitive Table Tennis. He grew up playing table tennis and competing in tournaments with his brothers which is good for Utah but is bad on the national level.
- Wrestling and Sports. He grew up in a family that loved sports and competition.
- His wife's name is Brittany and have 6 kids -- 4 boys and 2 girls.
Dale started his career in e-commerce buying salvaged freight to sell on eBay. He turned that hobby into a business called Bikewagon. He and his Father grew this into 10M in revenue.
After selling Bikewagon, Dale has been investing in e-commerce brands, recently buying Grand Trunk, a hammock and adventure travel company.
Outside of entrepreneurship, Dale runs a coaching business called Venture Anyway that helps entrepreneurs grind less, and live more.
He also recently opened a coworking space called Builder Studios.
