With 15 years of previous law enforcement experience, Dave Miller has dedicated his career to protecting communities, organizations, and their employees.

Dave spent 8 years working in tactical operations, and then moved to his services intelligence division with a focus on street crimes and became a certified human trafficking investigator. Dave also spent half of his career coaching new police recruits as a field training officer.

Dave is the founder of Pursuit Pathways, a company dedicated to education and prevention on a number of topics that include workplace violence, with a focus on active threat and shooter response, online exploitation, and human trafficking awareness and prevention. He focuses on prevention through greater awareness and understanding of these complex topics, knowing that we are all closely tied to someone impacted by them.

He provides specialized training on these topics through custom-designed learning solutions based on organizational and community needs.

A passionate protector at heart, his mission is to empower organizations to safeguard their employees and families by fostering a culture of safety, vigilance, and preparedness, while tying these important topics back to employee wellness and engagement.
