My friend Michelle is a powerhouse of a human being. She works in commercial banking, owns three different Beans & Brews franchises, and owns a 12,000 square foot gymnastics center in Lehi, UT.

We've been good friends for about 12 years. We met at a networking event where we upset the expectations of all the men in the group.

This conversation is fun and Michelle gives a lot of sound advice on taxes, wages, and how age is really just a level, (i.e. I'm not 47 years old, I'm a Level 47). :)
